Job Description

The holder of this position assures use and implementation of all production procedures and systems, providing the Customer with quality products, on time delivery and to full satisfaction.

• Follow work instructions posted at each assembly station
• Achieve production schedule (cycle time)
• Monitor processing of each assembly station striving for single piece flow of daily production run
• Provide technical support during production run (trouble shooting)
• Monitor assembly process and verify part conformance to specification
• Process auditing final tester checklists
• Review P charts reacting to abnormal conditions
• Maintain 5S standards
• Support team cohesiveness
• Maintain satisfactory attendance record
• Assure safe work practices to include proper use and wear of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, etc.)
• Other duties as necessary

E. WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS: (only those necessary for the position)
• Ability to perform repetitive rotation and movement of hands and wrists to work quickly and efficiently
• Able to stand for long periods of time at work station(s)
• Good dexterity
• Good eye/hand coordination
• Ability to bend, lift and stretch
• Physically able to lift and move totes weighing 10-20 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to successfully interface with customers, associates, and the community
• Pleasant and tactful approach when dealing with people
• Self motivated and results oriented

o Locating Information; Level 4
