Job Description

We are currently seeking Production Associates for a temp to hire position with our client’s team of experienced professionals located in Liberty, SC.
The primary role of this position is to provide a variety of routine support services for the operation of a medical supply company.

Primary Responsibilities
• Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, weld, x-ray, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.
• Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures.
• Must be team-oriented, fast-paced and progressive.
• Performs Mechanical Assembly functions such as assembly, bonds coats and processes medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable tools.
• May set-up/utilize special test equipment
• Notifies supervisor of the need to replenish supplies/materials and of any production difficulties that cannot be readily corrected
• Performs other related duties as directed or assigned
• Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
• Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
Education and Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills desired
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with others is critical
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have good communication skills
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Must have the ability to read and interpret written documentation
