Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Set and pull molds according to established procedures. Load programs for robots and machines. Train to answer any and all buzzers , alarm and red lights. Complete line clearance, mold upgrades, removes auxiliary equiptment and clean around machine. Communicate with molding manager, shift supervisor, quality assurance, toolroom and maintenance about any problems that may exist related to specific departments. Keep all area within repsonsibility neat, clean and organized at all times. Maintain compliance with company safety, housekeeping, rules and procedures to help maintain a safe, healthy work enviroment. Ensure that practices are compliant with the requiremnts of the TS16949 and ISO14001 procedures. This individual will report to the Molding Supervisor and Process Engineer.

Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructins and procedure manuals.

Education and/or Experience:
High School / GED preferred, BUT not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Process the technical and mechanical skills to set and pull mold. Required skills level obtained through on-the-job training. Skills to start and persist with specific course of action while exhibiting high motivation and a sense of urgency, willing to commit to long hours of work in order to reach goals, working with little or no supervision. Substantial interpersonal skills for effective communication and interaction with all levels of the organtiztion.
