Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp to hire position with our client’s team of experienced professionals located in Easley, SC.
The primary role of this position is to support the office staff in a manufacturing environment. .

Primary Responsibilities
• Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
• Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
• Trainability in core functions as determined by supervisor and management.
• Follow instructions set by supervisor for the operation currently performing.
• Report to supervisor concerns or deviations from standards.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide continuous feed-back to company.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Above average competency in reading, writing and arithmetic skills; reasoning, problem solving and self-sustainability.
• Dependability in attendance at work
• Must be able to communicate with written and verbal skills.
• Must be able to read and write and use basic math.

Education and Experience
• HSD or GED
• 3+ years related job Experience
