Job Description

Customer Service Representatives works directly with our customers receiving inbound calls, fielding questions and handling items related to all phases of our products and services. Some of the calls are escalated concerns; others are more general and informational in nature. The individual must be able to manage a diverse array of customer calls, and responsibilities using a flexible mind set and telephone style. Ability to problem solve, think outside the box and work under pressure are critical.
The Customer Representative holds a significant and important role at our company and as such they are selected from the most qualified and motivated candidates in this area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Personable phone manner that exudes professionalism and offers the caller a confident, can-do spirit and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow up and research skills.
• Clear concise diction and vocabulary. Associates must be able to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally using standard English.
• Multi-tasking ability.
• Problem solving skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Basic keyboarding skills: Candidate must pass a pre-employment test by entering at least 35 words per minute without error.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to perform proficiently using a keyboard, mouse and phone at the same time. This will be demonstrated and verified during pre-employment testing.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of customer service experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED
Computer Knowledge Requirements: MS Word, Outlook Excel
