Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Load/Unload Station: Loads and unloads fabricated parts (panels) of multiple sizes onto overhead conveyor. Manipulates hooks into hole locations to secure parts throughout conveyor movement process.

Sets up line according to production schedule. Required to stand, as well as lift or lower parts repeatedly throughout the day. Material inspections are required for material moving on and off of the paint line.

Utilizes specified measuring tool (gage) to measure panel thickness to complete quality checks per ISO requirements. Completes confirmation documentation via SAP data management system. Cleans and maintains equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.

Accesses and utilizes various documents, with the use of computers, associated with the manufacture of products inassembly for completion of confirmations (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions,etc.)

Spray Booth: Manually touches up fabricated parts through the operation of a spray gun. Manages 17 automatic spray guns used to touch up hidden surfaces of fabricated parts. Clean and maintain spray guns. Replace worn parts. Position requires the use of a pallet jack or powered industrial truck to move material in and out of the areas. Must wear appropriate PPE at all times. Cleans and maintains equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
