About Us

One client at a time. One position at a time. One employee at a time.

Since 1968, Phillips has provided high quality, value added staffing and recruiting services and solutions to the Southeast's leading companies. In doing so, we've become one of the Southeast's leading independent providers of world-class, comprehensive staffing and productivity solutions.

Phillips arms your organization with individuals who become your competitive advantage; people who deliver results, talent, and skill. We are a turnkey provider, delivering employees that are trained, proven, and available 24/7/365 days a year.

Delivering the people you need. Being the partner you need. That's the Phillips way.

Sam B. Phillips, Jr., got up, put on his coat and tie, and walked down the hallway in his house to the spare bedroom. There, he hung up his coat, sat down at his desk, and went to work.

From that quiet and humble beginning - and with equal parts effort, passion and persistence - Phillips Staffing has grown to become a full-service staffing, professional placement, payroll management and HR consulting firm. Today, we have nearly 3,000 employees on assignment for clients across the Southeast on any given day.

With nearly half a century of positive growth and profitability, today's Phillips is strategically positioned, technologically driven, and financially strong. We comply with all employment laws and proudly maintain non-discriminatory hiring policies and practices on behalf of our organization and our clients.

Through 49 years, Phillips Staffing has remained laser-focused on delivering superior talent, outstanding client service, innovative solutions, and community leadership, while operating with the highest integrity... all to help our clients achieve the highest level of success possible.

One client at a time. One position at a time. One employee at a time. It was Sam's way back in 1968. It's the Phillips way today.

At Phillips, we encourage our clients to get to know us - and we want to get to know you. We believe that, ultimately, people are the measuring stick of any organization. We pride ourselves on always being focused on your needs and goals, and on delivering proactive thinking to advance your organization. We are creative problem solvers, flexible, deeply experienced, and absolute sticklers for attention to detail. Our style is hands-on, not aloof and distant.

Read on to meet our firm leadership - and get to know the people you do business with.
