Phillips Staffing Expands WorkKeys Program With New Hire
(Greenville, SC, September 22, 2010) Phillips Staffing (http://www.phillipsstaffing.com/) is expanding its corporate staff to support the recently launched WorkKeys Profiling program. Beverly Deal has been hired in the new position of Workforce Readiness Director, coordinating the Workkeys program and assisting Phillips branch offices with business development.
Deal boasts an impressive background in human resource recruitment, retention and management.  Most recently, as the Associate Director of the Upstate Workforce Investment Board, she oversaw and directed strategic relationships between business, education and community partners and advanced the organization’s mission of improving and supporting the workforce of Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union counties. Deal holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is a Leadership Spartanburg graduate and a member of the Leadership Greer Board of Regents.

Deal joins Business Development Manager Josh Newton as one of the key points of contact on the Workkeys Profiling program for Phillips Staffing. She has undergone extensive WorkKeys training and certification by ACT (the non-profit parent organization of WorkKeys) to profile these positions.
