Castillo recruits and places mechanical, electrical, chemical, project, and quality engineers, along with CNC technicians, electricians and other technical professionals throughout South Carolina. Before joining Phillips, Castillo worked as a recruiter for 12 years in Florida and South Carolina. She also has experience with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce Unemployment Insurance Division.
