Caroline Calder - HR Director

Caroline Calder is the Director of Human Resources for S.B. Phillips Co., Inc. Caroline joined the Phillips team in 1994 and has been part of various facets of the business from human resources, training, management, and business development. She is a member of the Greenville Society For Human Resource Management and the National Society For Human Resource Management.

Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1991. She has been actively involved in the community by being a volunteer as well as serving as a past board member for local non-profit organizations.
