Beverly Deal - Work Force Readiness Director

Beverly Deal, Workforce Readiness Director with Phillips Staffing, is an authorized WorkKeys Job Profiler, holds a SC Basic Economic Developers’ Certification and is a Career Development Facilitator Instructor. She serves on the GSHRM Workforce Readiness Council, Leadership Greer Board of Regents and Greenville Works WorkKeys Group. Ms. Deal is a member of the Spartanburg Human Resources Association and the Leadership Spartanburg Alumni Association. She is a graduate of Leadership Spartanburg, Greer, Cherokee and Union.

Beverly has many years of experience in staff training and development as well as workforce development.

She graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications.
